How Digital Delivery Works
After completing your purchase:
Your download link will appear on the order-confirmation page.
A confirmation email containing your order details and download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
You can download, save, and print your files according to the product’s permitted usage terms.
Please enter your email address carefully during checkout to ensure your files reach you successfully.
No Physical Product Will Be Shipped
All products sold on KhanPhD are digital downloads. You will not receive a printed book, worksheet, USB drive, or other physical item by mail.
Product photographs and mockups are shown for presentation purposes. Please review each product description to confirm the included file type, page count, size, and printing requirements before purchasing.
Can’t Find Your Download?
Your download should become available after your payment has been confirmed. When you cannot locate it:
Check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder.
Confirm that you used the correct email address.
Allow additional time if your payment is still processing.
Try downloading the file using a stable internet connection.

Returns and Refunds
Digital Products Are Final Sale
Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, all purchases are considered final once the download link or file access has been provided.
We do not normally offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for:
Accidental purchases or changes of mind
Failure to read the product description before ordering
Purchasing the wrong product
Incompatible software, devices, printers, or applications
Differences in printed colors caused by screens, printers, paper, or ink
Files that have already been downloaded or accessed
This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Problems with Your Order
Your satisfaction matters to us. Please contact us when:
You received the wrong file.
Your file is missing, damaged, or cannot be opened.
The download link is not working.
You were charged more than once for the same order.
The delivered product is materially different from its description.
We will review the issue and may provide technical assistance, a replacement file, or another appropriate solution. Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.
Custom Digital Products
Personalized and custom-made products require additional creative work. Custom orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded after work has started or after the final files have been delivered.
Please review all names, wording, themes, sizes, and other information carefully before approving your custom order.
